Terms and Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms By creating an account, accessing, or using TrackMyGarage (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Eligibility You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
3. Accounts & Security To access the App, you must create an account using an email, username, or Google login. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
4. Data Ownership & Usage Users own the content they input, including vehicle information and maintenance data. TrackMyGarage owns the platform, software, structure, database organisation, branding, and all intellectual property of the App. By using the App, you grant TrackMyGarage a license to store, process, and use your data solely to: Provide the App’s functionality Maintain and improve features Ensure security and compliance You control who your garage information is shared with. We are not responsible for how others use data you choose to share.
5. Cloud Hosting & Data Security Data is stored securely via reputable cloud hosting services. We implement reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute protection against cyber incidents.
6. Subscriptions & Payments Payments for premium features are securely handled by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe’s separate Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. Prices may change; you will be notified in advance of any subscription changes. Refunds may be granted in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
7. Google Login If you choose to sign in using Google authentication, you agree to Google’s terms and privacy policies. We do not receive access to your Google password.
8. App Availability & Modifications We aim to keep the App available, but service interruptions may occur. We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the App at any time.
9. Acceptable Use You agree not to: Use the App for any illegal or harmful purposes Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or copy our software Distribute or exploit any vulnerabilities Misuse shared data
10. Intellectual Property All trademarks, logos, designs, interface layouts, and underlying code are owned by TrackMyGarage. Users are granted a limited license to use the App for personal purposes only.
11. Maintenance & Accuracy Disclaimer TrackMyGarage provides tools for maintenance tracking, but does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of recommendations, reminders, or information. Users remain responsible for proper vehicle maintenance and safety.
12. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent allowed by law: TrackMyGarage is not liable for any loss, damage, or claims arising from: missed maintenance inaccurate data third-party access to information you choose to share downtime or service errors Use of the App is at your own risk.
13. Termination We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.
14. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be handled in Australian courts.
